White House Boarding Cattery is "Holiday Home For Cats" we are a boarding cattery licenced for 50 cats. White House Boarding Cattery is a joy to run due to the wonderful cats/kittens entrusted to our care, and we are grateful of the support of their owners.
We have been guiding Queens through their pregnancies since 1997, when we first opened our cattery and decided to help cats, although these were usually strays needing our help and rarely pedigree cats.
BENGALS
In year 2000 we adopted our first Bengal Queen and fell in love with the Bengal breed. Unfortunately, due to a personal health problem, we had a break from breeding for a short time. However, in 2003 we decided to start breeding again and also show bengals. Many thanks to Emma and Simon who gave us the opportunity for Bushfire Blissi to join Purebliss Bengals. Blissi was our first show queen in 2003, her success turned our hobby into our passion for the Bengal breed. Blissi is now neutered and retired and living a happy life as a pet in Lincolnshire.
Purebliss show and breed Bengal kittens for sale, brown bengal kittens and cats, snow bengal kittens/cats, and blue bengal kittens/cats. Much time and consideration has been given to deciding which bloodlines are better together to produce the Bengal kittens we are striving for. We must never loose sight of that beauty of the wild Asian Leopard Cat with the temperament of the domestic cat.
We retire our Bengal Queens and our Bengal Studs at a young age to live the rest of their lives as pets. As with many other Bengal breeders, we do not breed to just produce kittens. It is a fascinating breed that needs to be taken in the right direction to keep the original ideals in place. We always breed to show standard! Late or early generation cats are placed with the correct bloodlines to produce kittens of correct type and temperament. If we were allowed to show our early generation cats, the public would see how good natured they are.
SAVANNAHS
We are based on the boarder of Lincolnshire and Nottinghamshire in England, UK. We have a love of all cats, but our passion is the hybrids, both Bengal and Savannah Cats which we breed and show. Our priority is producing healthy kittens that develop into happy, loving, friendly cats, without loosing sight of the cat desired for the future. Breeding to develop the Savannah Cat, type and temperament come together producing Savannah kittens of outstanding quality. The First SBT Savannah litter to be born in the UK and registered with TICA was born here at Purebliss Cattery, consisting of Purebliss Reno, Arizona, and Vegas - Dam: A1Savannah Phoenix.
In March 2007 Jacky visited A1 Savannahs in USA. Having kept our eye on the advancement of the Savannah hybrids for some time we decided that this was the exciting time in their development. Martin and Kathrin Stucki were amazing hosts and allowed us an insite into their breeding programme. We decided to import into England and reserved our Savannahs there and then. In 2008 our first Savannah Kittens were born at Purebliss and we often have Savannah Kittens available. Later that year we even managed to get Tim to fly out to visit our Savannahs at A1Savannahs where he fell in love with the Savannah breed.
We try to help and advise new breeders and pet owners country wide. Having said that, this is voluntary and as such our pennies won't stretch to visiting people in their homes, as we simply don't have the funds to do so.
Without the help of Clive Woods, we would not have been able to teach ourselves how to design and update our website. Clive helped us design our website, and with his patience and kindness, we are now able to adapt and update our site ourselves.
